Please review the chapter on multiplication in your Jump Math books over the weekend. Grade 5s: Please review the division chapter in your Jump Math books over the weekend. Come to Ms. Noel or me if you need any help next week. We'll be having our chapter 4 test this Thursday, December 12th. Please make sure you have done the chapter review. Just a reminder that your projects are due this Thursday, December the 5th. You should have the prezi completed, the experiment filmed and be prepared to present it to small groups. Please feel free to come in early any day this week to film your experiment. Just find Ms. Kim in room 144 or our classroom and she'll be more than happy to help.
This week our presenters will be: Andrea/Rachel Simrin Jeffrey/Caleb Jason/Gorden Daniela/Marga Konnor For Science, our class is doing a research project. Grade 4's are learning about light and the grade 5's are learning about simple machines while we create an online presentation. The projects will include definitions, explanations, images and a video of an experiment. Each week, you are responsible for completing a question or task. For this test you will need to know how to label the 7 continents and 4 oceans on a world map, as well as the provinces and territories on a map of Canada.
